In the pilot episode of Not Just Blowing Smoke, we take on the common misconception that a very dark wrapper means a super strong spicy cigar. To prove our point, we present the Eiroa First 20 Years TAA Diadema, a beautiful dark Honduran cigar that looks dark, strong, and foreboding, but in reality is a very approachable medium bodied cigar that exceptionally smooth and sweet, with notes of earth, cocoa, wood, and a subtle spice.

We get a visit from Sam the Barman from the 7-20-4 Lounge who deliver’s our mid show pallet cleansing from the bar.

We also pop Pablo Maduro’s pipe cherry by lighting up Cabbie’s Mixture, a beautiful Virvinia/Perique mixture by Samuel Gawith. How did he like it? Give it a listen and find out!
